If you have a project you think would benefit the community, funding is available via the forum.
The forum are allocated a yearly budget (2008/09 budget is set at £6900) to use in the community.
For funding application forms please contact any one of the community forum team!
Budgets need to be allocated before the end of February each year - so get your applications in as soon as possible. If you miss this deadline your project may not receieve funding untill the following financial year...
Being a constituted group the forum are able to attract private sector funding on your behalf, over and above our allotted council budget - So please take advantage of this funding & forum while its available!

Church Clock Repair ~ £2000 Application approved by forum 24 feb 09
Playgroup ~ £50 Check issued to the forum mid Feb 09 - funds to be issued to plagroup March 09 A second application has been submitted for £500, Application approved by the forum 24 Feb 09

Notice Boards for Welling Road, Baker St & possibly the primary school ~ out on quote
Update existing notice board stationery ~ out on quote
Recration ground park benches ~ £2000 The council will progress this project on the forums behalf

Summer Playbus - support & funding to be investigated
Section 106 Funding (Bryant Homes) This money will be spent on highway improvements for the village during 2009

PCSO Vehicle ~ £2500 - Approved Need Bulphan / Horndon finanical support for project to be viable
Welling Road Speed Sign Approved - council to install during 09
Rectory Road Speed Sign Approved & installed during 2008
Summer Playbus Approved & kids enjoyed the day! Will do this again in 2009!!!
